Capital market: OPCIs are on the rise

It must be believed that investment in real estate collective investment schemes (OPCI) tends to attract more and more people. The jump of more than 31% (to 96.96 billion dirhams) in their net assets at the end of September is clear proof of this. To date, the market has 60 OPCIs.
