The creation of Cap Realty was therefore born from this observation and the desire of its founders to provide a guarantee of ethics and professionalism to support its clients in carrying out their real estate projects with greater peace of mind.

Rics in the World

RICS – the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – was created in 1868 in the United Kingdom. It received a royal charter in 1881.

RICS members are known as chartered surveyors, and are recognised by the designation after their name – FRICS (for Fellow of RICS) or MRICS (for Member of RICS).

Today the RICS is an international professional organization:

The Mission of Chartered Surveyors

The real estate market represents up to 20% of the gross national product in most countries. Chartered surveyors help maintain land use and reveal the long-term value of real estate. They ensure the efficiency of land, real estate and environmental markets without which the world’s major economies could not function effectively.

The services offered by our members are varied. They are not only experts in all matters concerning real estate and construction, but also offer strategic advice in economics, expertise, law, technology, finance and management of all existing tangible assets: construction projects, agricultural properties, large real estate portfolios, operating equipments, etc.
